Employee Campaign

An employee campaign is conducted in the fall each year. District departments and campuses compete to see who can raise the most money to contribute to BEST. The campaign is an opportunity for employees to help each other.

An employee after 60 seconds in the cash machine. The school campaign leader who brings in the most money for the foundation is rewarded with 30 seconds in a money machine. They get to keep all they can grab.

"This funding can, will and DOES make a most significant change in a teacher’s life and classroom right here within our own district."

Employee Campaign 2009 - 2010 “Bringing it Home”

The 2009 Employee campaign reinforced why our district is a “Recognized District”. Everyone just bands together to get the job done. In spite of the downturn in the economy and resources being tight the employees of Garland ISD continue to show their support and generosity towards making ours the BEST district to be in.
